Be unique's products and services are offered only in Morocco, in French. For logistical reasons, Subscriptions or Orders outside this geographical area cannot be taken into account.

The amount of his Order will be recalculated and the Customer will be debited for the new amount, less any missing products. If the Order is completely unavailable, the Customer will be notified by email and will not be charged or refunded. In this case Be unique cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the Customer, nor liable for any damages.

The Customer may nevertheless exercise his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article 6 of these General Conditions of Sale.

7.Payment in Cash on Delivery

After having validated his Order form, the Customer receives a summary email of his Order. The Customer is required to pay the amount of the transaction on Delivery in cash.

Be unique reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order and / or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum that may be due by the Customer or in the event of payment incident.

Delivery of Orders

Terms and Conditions of Order Delivery:

The products purchased on the Website are delivered only to Morocco (except specific mention during the sale). The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the Website when placing his Order, in Morocco, according to the delivery method chosen on the Website.

The Order Delivery times indicated on the Website are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times noted.

Be unique cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

In all cases, if the package is returned to the sender, a second Order Delivery will be made at the Customer's expense.

If the package is returned to the sender again, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this Order, including the delivery costs of any additional Orders, will remain with Be unique.

Return of products

Within seven (7) days of receipt of his Order, the Customer may ask Be unique to return the Product (s).

The return is the responsibility of the Customer.

If the Product (s) is not returned by the Customer within seven (7) days of receipt of his Order, or if the Product (s) is (are) not not returned in its original condition, the return is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product. The returned Product (s) will be reimbursed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from its receipt by Be unique, by crediting the amount to be reimbursed to the Customer's bank account.

The Customer is required to notify Be unique of any reservations regarding the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already open, missing parts) within 2 days of receipt of the product. In the event that the defective product is proven, the Customer may benefit from the conditions provided for in this article. If the product is found to be defective, the Customer will receive a new product within the limits of available stocks. In case of out of stock, the Customer will receive an equivalent product.

Deactivation of the customer account

Failure by the Customer to comply with the obligations subscribed to under these General Conditions, any incident of payment of the price of an Order, actions contrary to the interests of Be unique, the issuance of false information when creating the account, may result in the suspension of access to the Be unique service, or even the termination of its account and Subscription depending on the degree of seriousness of the acts in question, without any claim for damages or compensation whatsoever to the unique Be company. Be unique reserves the right to refuse any Order from a Customer with whom there is such a dispute, even if the latter uses a new account.
