Replacement and recovery policy
Replacement and recovery policy:
- - Replacement and refund is the right guarantee of all our customers and includes all the products we offer to our store.
- - All products offered to our store are subject to a policy of replacement and refund in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this newspaper.
- - Returns or replacement can be made if the product is in the same state of origin when purchased and wrapped in the original cover.
- - Recovery within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days of purchase date.
- - Please contact us via our contact page or through our telephone numbers in order to request a refund or replacement.
- - Please photograph and send the product with the city, address and order number to be replaced by another product in case the product is corrupt or has a specific defect, or is not exploited in accordance with the agreed agreement.
- - The amount is refunded to the customer in full if the product you have reached is completely different with the product description on the product page of our site.
- - We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page of our site.
- - 30% or a value of at least AED 25 is deducted if the customer does not want the product and has no defect or any significant problem.
